The Committee noted the report would be laid by the required deadline.

The Committee noted the briefing on Legislative Consent Memoranda and agreed to continue to monitor the Memoranda being laid before the Senedd by the Welsh Government.

8       International agreements considered on 1 November 2021 - consideration of draft report

The Committee considered and agreed its report on the international agreements considered at its meeting on 1 November 2021. The Committee agreed to write to the Welsh Government to seek further information in relation to a number of issues related to the UK/Switzerland: Convention on social security coordination, and to draw this agreement to the attention of the Health and Social Care Committee. In addition, the Committee noted that its report would be shared with the House of Lords International Agreements Committee.
